An important company in Gipuzkoa in the machine tool sector needed to manage its technical department due to the need for innovation in its product. They trusted DINABI to set the guidelines for standardisation, coding, design guidelines, selection of commercial elements, suppliers, etc.
DEVELOPMENT
After a short time of adaptation to the company, with our experience we were able to support the innovation functions of various product models, which managed to optimize processes and times. Operations were automated, lists were created, libraries of common parts were made, etc.
SPECIFICATIONS
DINABI carried out for 2 years the designs of the new products as well as improvements of the previous ones. All the work carried out in the technical office meant a saving of 30% of each designer's time spent managing information. The transfer of information to the purchasing department and the workshop was improved by creating automatic operations.
