CONTEXT
Our client, an important company in the wind energy sector, asked us for a tool for the positioning and assembly of two specific products.
After several meetings with the client to understand their requirement, it was agreed to design and manufacture an assembly table.
How did we achieve this?
EXPERIENCE
The tool is made up of the following components: 2 frames joined together, common to both models. 12 positioners, 2 retractable pins, 2 interchangeable supports for the inclined leg of each model, 2 different tools for checking the covers and beams of each model.
DURATION
The design, manufacture and assembly took approximately 2 months. Our team took full responsibility for the manufacture and delivery to the customer's facilities.
