This machine is capable of clipping the different necessary elements that make up the front skirt of the car.
How do we do it?
DEVELOPMENT
A process of manual loading and positioning of the parts on the machine is proposed. By means of positioners that copy the shape of the products, each piece is perfectly placed. Then, some systems automatically press on the key points that allow the clipping between the different parts.
DURATION
4 weeks between conceptual and detailed design, production of construction plans and base lists.
