CONTEXT
Our client, a supplier company to the wind energy sector, asked us to improve a welding process in order to increase their production and commercial capacities. Our proposal was to carry out a technical and economic study where the client could study the return on its investment.
After several meetings with the client to understand their requirement, it was agreed to carry out a study of the process, methods and times where we would agree on the ideal solution.
EXPERIENCE
The conclusion was to propose a robotic welding cell with the capacity to manufacture 3 different products.
DURATION
In approximately 2 months the pre-design of the installation was carried out, the processes, times, selection of commercial elements and global economic evaluation were defined.
